Boys Boys Boys II

The 2018 Italian general election for a new national government is due to be held on March 4th. Luca Santese and Marco P. Valli thoroughly followed the electoral campaign, documented related events such as rally speeches, gatherings and open meetings between politicians and lobbyists. Covering this electoral campaign meant dealing with a daily exposure to the propaganda madness: getting out it unscathed seems impossible. Politicians and voters are downgraded from leaders of the democratic process to mere consumers of political entertainment. Through these caricatural mirrors,Boys Boys Boys reflects the authors’ need to dismiss themselves from this propaganda miasma, creating a sort of exorcism.
