In Aqua, the sea, the water, is explored for its deep symbolic value. Through close and prolonged observation of its ceaseless motion, it thus becomes an emblem of a vertiginous inner dialogue with the unconscious, stemming from the need to move closer to the images—the eternal forms at the backbone of every experience—to understand ourselves and our relationship with the world.
